TOP LEVEL:
Located on the top level, the broad Great Room has a cathedral ceiling, a living area with flat-screen TV with streaming options, wraparound sectional couch and an armchair. The dining table seats 8 and a door to the back sun deck offers another place to appreciate and relax outdoors. The kitchen has granite countertops, refreshed stainless steel appliances including a range with a double oven, a constructed-in microwave, and a drink center with a kitchen counter that has 3 stools. There is a half bath by the Kitchen and the first of 3 master bedrooms is on this level: a King Master Suite has deck access and its master bath has a shower and a separate soaking tub. [Note: gas fireplace not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
This level has another King Master Suite and its master bath has a shower. The Queen bedroom shares a hall bath (shower/tub combo) with a bedroom that has both a Pyramid Bunk Set (twin over double) and a Bunk Bed Set. All bedrooms have access to covered decks, facing either towards the front or the back of the home. This level also has a huge den with flat-screen TV, mini-refrigerator and comfortable couch. Just outside on the mid level covered deck, the hot tub is available for adults to savor. Exterior deck stairs go down to the pool deck and the outdoor shower.

GROUND LEVEL:
Down to the ground level, there is the third King Master Suite and laundry area. The private saltwater pool measures 16' x 25' (open May to mid-October) and it is behind a pool gate for safety. There is pool furnishings available for calming and sunbathing. There is a half bath outside by the outdoor shower. The driveway has parking for 3-4 cars.

EXTRAS:
There is complimentary parking available by the neighborhood beach access (2 passes supplied) which is roughly 1025 feet away. On the west side of the neighborhood, across Duck Road, there are community amenities available which include a pool and tennis courts that also have lines for playing pickleball.
