Welcome to the beach home of your dreams! This beauty has good concrete parking, a carport, an under-home entry, a stair tamer package lift, and a very cool screened porch with a therapeutic hot tub. Brand new upgrades to this home include a new pool table, arcade game, and Playstation for the entire family's entertainment.

Enter into the good-sized game room with a full bathroom, the pool table, and a full wet bar. Head up to the second level to find the first suite with a full bathroom and a close by laundry area. The sizable second bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which enjoys access to the east deck. Appreciate a furnished den with an entertainment center, and live enormous in the third-level great room with tall ceilings, a half-bath, plush resort furnishings, and an entertainment center. A gorgeously equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar opens to a comfortable dining area, and is always open for hungry appetites. Your time spent in the kitchen is made all the easier with a new air fryer, crockpot, blenders, and Keurig.

Rest comfortably in the fourth bedroom, a huge king suite with a private bathroom. Three stories of decks catch every view and the plentiful rays of the sun. Resisting vacation Temptation is futile!

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.
A double couch bed offers additional sleeping space.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your e-mail.
Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. The club is typically open mid-May to mid-October, depending on weather.
The fireplace is not operational.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 4 cars.
