The top floor features a sizable kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a charming living room with a gas fireplace, a dining room, and a primary suite, plus a screened porch to sip your sunrise coffee - all with great vistas of the ocean. Appreciate tons of furnished deck space and a hot tub for calming. The private pool, open seasonally, with a kiddie pool, is ideal for a cool down after your long, fun day at the beach. Be sure to take a dip in the relaxing hot tub. The elevator will transport you and your suitcases or groceries to all floors.
