Take in the beautiful oceanfront vistas, appreciate excellent sunrises, and watch dolphins playing in the surf all while having your morning coffee on your cavernous, 24' x 6' direct oceanfront balcony. The master bath was refreshed in 2019 to include a roomy, walk-in shower. An in-suite washer and dryer, well-equipped kitchen, one king size bed, one queen size bed, one twin size bed, two 41'+ flat-screen TVs, one 37' flat-screen tv, cable & WiFi, and charming deck furnishings round out the features that will make this condo a beautiful, inviting and comfortable home away from home. Linens are also supplied (bath and linens) by an independent vendor. Beds will be made when you arrive!

The property offers direct beach access, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grilles in the common area, and a kids’s play space - all available for your enjoyment.

The elevator in our building is currently out of service. Our HOA is actively pursuing a full modernization of the elevator system; however, due to the scope of the project and the specialized parts required, we do not anticipate the elevator will be available for guest use until Spring 2026.

We understand this may cause inconvenience and really savor your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a bags lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an luxury of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control.

Sweet Southern Pearl is centrally located to many great local attractions including, the newly remodeled Jennette's Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, fine and casual dining and much more.

Sorry, no family pets or smoking in unit. We have a 30-day cancellation policy - refunds will only be issued if cancellation is submitted in writing to the property manager outside of 30 days from check-in date.
