The master bath was modernized in 2019 to include a roomy, walk-in shower. An in-suite washer and dryer, well-equipped kitchen, one king size bed, one queen size bed, one twin size bed, two 41'+ flat-screen TVs, one 37' flat-screen tv, cable & WiFi, and charming deck furnishings round out the features that will make this condo a classy, inviting and comfortable home away from home. Linens are also supplied (bath and linens) by an independent vendor. Beds will be made when you arrive!

The property offers direct beach access, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grilles in the common area, and a kids’s play space - all available for your enjoyment.

PLEASE NOTE – while there is an elevator located in our building, it is NOT an luxury that we guarantee. It is regularly serviced and actively maintained but it is subject to wear and tear, a harsh coastal environment, and potential mechanical and electrical issues at any time. For safety purposes, all guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator. It is an luxury of the HOA and is completely out of the owner’s personal control.

Sorry, no family pets or smoking in unit. We have a 30-day cancellation policy - refunds will only be issued if cancellation is submitted in writing to the property manager outside of 30 days from check-in date.
