Great Room with oceanside deck, dining area, kitchen with sunset deck. Master bedroom with queen, private bath, ocean view deck, bedroom with two twin beds and private bath. 1163 square feet. Covered parking for two cars, private laundry room, enclosed outside shower, complimentary wireless internet. No smoking. No family pets. Sunday turnover day. Georgetown Sands amenities include community pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day,) tennis courts, and private beach access.

Starting January 1, 2021. Linen and towel service will be standard and added in as a line item at a cost of $78.00 (tax supplied). Guests starting January 1, 2021 will have the option to opt-out if you prefer bringing your own linens and towels.
