Beach front condo at the Croatan Surf Club! Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. The beach is only steps away from your room, Outdoor pool & hot tub OPEN 4/15/26 - 10/31/26. Indoor pool & hot tub is open year round, Modest exercise center area by the indoor pool. Free parking for 3 cars, Outdoor grilles in the common areas and elevators available.

Our condo isn’t directly facing the ocean but has a side view from the balconies. There’s a pullout couch if needed.

This is a top floor unit single floor 1500sqft condo with 3 bed rooms (2 king beds and a queen)and 3 full bathrooms. Full kitchen & living room. Cable TV, WIFI, linens, towels, & washer/dryer are supplied.

What’s supplied:
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom
- 1 roll of paper towels
- bath towels and hand cloths
- sheets for beds
- dishwashing pods
- 2 beach chairs and a umbrella
- 6 beach towels
