Located on a huge corner lot on the peaceful, west side of Kinnakeet Shores, this split-level home sits close to the pedestrian bridge for simple ocean access. You will have access to the Kinnakeet Shores Pool, tennis courts, and the Brand NEW Pickleball Courts. Lori's Lair features two carports, an all-weather entry, and a basketball goal outside the home.

The first level opens into two enormous bedrooms. The split-level has a cavernous bedroom with a shared bathroom and a washer/dryer nook.
