Deck with rockers, picnic tables, beach chairs, and a BBQ smoker grille. Custom modernized kitchen with French door, dual ice maker refrigerator, convection range and warming drawer, Instant Pot, porcelain tile floor, mosaic tile backsplash, solid surface counter tops, cavernous peninsula.
