The space
Welcome to Coastal Fairways, a 2nd floor END condominium unit in the ideal Myrtle Beach location. It overlooks Myrtlewood Golf Course and is less than 2 miles from the beach. It is 5 mins. from Broadway at the Beach, a fashionable shopping center and entertainment complex, as well as tons of eateries and attractions. A Food Lion grocery store and a CVS are under 4 mins. away. The complex features multiple swimming pools*, each with a constructed-in grille area for outdoor cooking. (*The pools are currently closed for the season from October through spring.)

There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have new memory foam beds. There is also a pull-out sleeper couch with a queen bed. There are Roku TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms with cable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want to prepare meals, and there is a washer and dryer for your use. There is a sizable outdoor deck where you can relax after a day on the course or on the beach.
