The space is located in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

The apartment is in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood where the streets are dotted with restored homes, stores, vintage stores, and bakeries. Trendy eateries, and bars for craft beer and beverages are in the area.
