Located on the 5th floor, the villa has an refreshed kitchen with pretty granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and striking wood floors expanding out into the dining and living room. There is an ultra-suede queen-sized sleeper couch in the living room for additional guests and a 55 inch flat panel TV with DVD player.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a bespoke tiled walk in shower with a rain shower head. The nautical guest bedroom features two twin beds, an HDTV and balcony access.

The balcony with has a dining table which seats four people may be accessed from the living room as well and provides a impressive vistas of the handsome landscaped yard, lagoons, palm trees, and swimming the Atlantic Ocean!
