Please be aware that beach life on Hatteras includes dealing with coastal critters and insects.
We pride ourselves in keeping the home immaculately clean with an amazing cleaner and regular pest control service, but when doors are opened and closed it's possible for a critter to slip in. We ask for guests to have a reasonable reaction if an insect is spotted considering the climate and ecosystem of Hatteras Island.


Depending on the season, there are possibilities of tropical storms and hurricanes at the Outer Banks.


We do not refund for weather-related cancellations, so please purchase independent travelers insurance if you would like the possibility to cancel with refund due to storm.

There are multiple flights of stairs at this home.

The beach is a 4 min. drive and has a lifeguard Memorial Day to labor day. There are bathrooms and showers at the beach access.

You are just mins. from the grocery store and other surrounding eateries as well as the dollar general for things that you might have forgotten for your stay.

Plenty of bait stores in close proximity as well as sunset and fishing charters.

There is a community boat ramp for you to access if you are bring your boat with you.
