Other Items to Note:
NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
There is no smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on premises. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee.

PRIORITY CHECK-IN
We offer Priority Cleaning services for early check in requests. Priority Cleaning is an additional $60 and guarantees the home will be available by 2PM on the day of check-in. Normal check in is 5pm. Requests for Priority Cleaning must be done in writing at least 4 days before check-in.

WEATHER POLICY
Unless Hwy 12 is closed and guests are unable to access the home, no refunds will be included on account of Mother Nature.

NO RAMP ACCESS
A full flight of outdoor stairs must be utilized to access home entrance. We do not have any elevator/ramp access on the property.
