Inside, Unit B features two bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen—along with one full bathroom and a welcoming living area. The kitchenette is equipped with the essentials for preparing meals and beach-day snacks, while the comfortable living space provides an painless place to relax after a day on the island.

Step outside onto the cavernous deck to appreciate the coastal breeze and a little additional outdoor living space. A fenced backyard provides added convenience for guests traveling with dogs, and guests also have access to the seasonal community pool.

Community Conveniences: The Club Hatteras Community Pool and Playground are located at 41156 NC Hwy 12 Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pool dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.

Beach Access: Just a short walk from the home! Head east on Tarpon Drive toward the ocean and follow the road to the beach access near Wahoo Circle. The public pedestrian access provides an simple path over the dunes to the beach.

Please Note: Unit B is the top-floor unit of a duplex and may be rented separately from Unit A below. Guests may have neighbors staying in the lower unit during their visit.
