The home is 1/2 mile to the public beach accesses and a short walk to the multiuse path over looking the handsome sound great for watching the sunsets. This home is centrally located to the beaches, the sound, shopping, putt putt golfing and grocery stores. This home is a gem and in a great rather neighborhood.
