Welcome to Sandy Point Cottage! A 2-min. walk to the beach; ideal sandbar access for surfing. Walk or bicycle to Avon village eateries.

Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is ideal for your long-term stay. The master bedroom has a new 2021 Kingston queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds (for kids), a double bed and a TV. Sleeps 5 guests comfortably.

The kitchen is supplied with dishes and cookware. Savor two decks for sunbathing, reading, eating, grilling. New 50" intelligent TV in the living room. Pet-friendly home. June, July, and August Saturday check-in and check-out only.
