This handsome 2 bedroom condo is right at the heart of Myrtle Beach!
Close to the airport.
The beach, Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Waves, Grandiose Prix racing, Wax Museum, mini golf, tons of eateries and activities are all within a 5 min. drive.
Also close to some of the best golfing courses around!

This condo is marvelous. Cozy, striking, right above the pool and smack dab in the heart of Myrtle Beach.

You might need a car to get around but everything is literally mins. away.
Broadway at the beach, Wax Museum, Myrtle Waves, tons of golf, the beach, eateries and parks are all within 10 mins..

The space is very roomy and well lit with humongous windows. Generous Intelligent TVs in every room. Substantial capacity washer/dryer, ceiling fans, comfortable furnishings and a patio overlooking the pool.

Master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with shower. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and access to the bathroom from the room. Full kitchen with all appliances, Keurig, toaster, blender, and all your kitchen cooking and eating needs. The balcony with table and chairs overlooks handsome, manicured lawns and the pool. Access to the balcony from living room or master bedroom.

You’ll definitely fall in appreciate with this condo.

This is my personal condo, so you are renting directly from the owner. The feeling you get when walking in to one of my condos is pure relaxation and joy that you’ve picked the right place. I care about my guests and it shows.

Age restriction’s:
I do not have an age restriction. Rules are the same for all guests. No events or sizable gatherings, no loud noise between 10pm and 7am and of course respect my place.

Babies:
I have a portable crib with bassinet. If you’d like me to set it up for you, please let me know at booking or at least 3 days before arrival.

Family Animals:
$99 Pet Fee
Fur babies are adored and welcome.
All pet dogs and cats must be housebroken. The pet may not be allowed to urinate or defecate inside the residence. All family pets must be walked outside in designated grass areas and immediately and properly dispose of any waste.

Pets are not allowed on any furnishings or bed. Should excess hair, odor or stains be found on linens, blankets, pillows and such, tenant will be responsible for the cost of replacing such items. I understand it may be difficult to prevent a pet that’s used to sitting on furnishings to do so. If so, please bring your own blankets to put down.

*Towels are supplied for showers only. Please don’t take towels to pool or beach.

The door will automatically lock behind you, but it`s always safe to double check. You will notice a Ring doorbell on the door. It has a working camera and is there for safety. There is NO cameras inside the condo.
Rules:
1. No Parties or huge gatherings
2. No smoking
*Smoking marijuana is highly forbidden and is a hefty fine.
3. Quiet hours are between 10PM-8AM
4. 6 max. guests
Streaming apps have been downloaded on TVs but you`ll need to log into your own account.
AT CHECK OUT:
1. Place used towels in a pile
2. All dishes should be washed or placed in dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before leaving.
3. Remove all open food from refrigerator
*It`s a shame to waste, so if you have unopened items you don`t want to take, you may leave them for the guest
4. Throw out all trash
Double check that the door is closed and locked when departing.
