Located in Palmetto Dunes and new to the rental market with great weeks available - this entirely refreshed end unit in Inverness Village has a ideal view of the George Fazio Golf Course. Inverness Village amenities include an on-site community pool and kids's pool as well as on-site tennis courts for guest use. The Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center is also close by. The distance to the beach is a little less than a mile, which makes a nice bicycle ride or calming walk.

This townhouse end unit features wood and tile floors, upgraded kitchen appliances, and plenty of space to relax. Upon entry to the villa, you will be greeted by a drink cooler for painless access to rehydrate after fun in the sun. To the left of the front door is the open concept living room with a handsome view of the golf course.

The living room consists of a sleeper couch, two comfortable swivel chairs and a flat screen TV. Directly adjacent to the living room is the dining room which has a round table with seating for four. There are two additional seats at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is completely updated with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel Maytag appliances. The kitchen also homes the washer and dryer with a sizable folding space above the appliances to conveniently sort through laundry.

To the right of the front door is a bedroom suite with a full bathroom containing a tub/shower combo which has a twin bed and queen bed, a desk and dresser with a flat screen TV. The bathroom for this bedroom also can be accessed from the hall while maintaining bedroom privacy. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed, dresser, flat screen TV, and walk-in closet. The private updated master bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double sink vanity located inside the bedroom.

The sliding glass doors in the living room open to a freshly installed Trex deck. The back deck has three chairs and a modest table to appreciate the calming view of the golf course.
