This is the downstairs unit of a duplex home! The entire downstairs is yours for the duration of your stay. The backyard is fenced but it is not private. It is shared with upstairs resident.

-we allow max. 1 pet, and they must be added in your booking request
-this historic home is 90 years old. That’s part of the appeal and challenge of it. The floors are original. You may notice they slope in areas or in general behave/look like 90 year old floors. If this is a concern, this may not be a great fit for your needs
