Four of the eight bedrooms include ensuite baths, ideal for extended families or multiple groups visiting together. Captain Jack's Landing is dog-friendly, so even your furry companions are welcome to join you. The open-concept great room can accommodate enormous gatherings and encourages quality time spent with appreciated ones. Wood floors flow throughout the top-level common areas, ideal for sandy feet and paws returning from the beach. In the kitchen, two cooktops, two sinks and two dishwashers make cooking and clean-up for huge groups a breeze. With two dining tables that seat eight each and bar seating for four more, everybody can savor meals together. A separate nook also provides table seating, an ideal space for playing cards or board games.

On the mid-level, a media room is equipped with a projection screen and tiered seating for an authentic theater experience without ever leaving the home.
