Also on this level is a convenient half bath and two bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds and one with 2 singles, that share a full bath. The convenient elevator which accesses the first 3 levels of the home will take you up to the second level where you'll find four more well-furnished and cavernous bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are oceanfront king masters, and there's also a king bedroom with a semi-private bath, and a queen bedroom. Head up to the third level, and escape to the grandiose great room. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze with 2 dishwashers, warming drawer, additional seating, and close by is a wet bar. The dining area provides plenty of elbow room, and the living area is the ideal place to get away in front of the home theater system. Also on this level is a king master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub. For an idyllic getaway, take in a sunrise or sunset from one of the ocean or sound facing sun decks. Of course, the best way to escape is the private tower featuring king master suite with day bed, sitting room, private deck, and bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub. What are you waiting for? Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
