Canal Front -SUP’s/Kayaks included with Boat Ramp - Vacation rental home in Avon, NC

Our sweet little beach bungalow is a comfortable and calming little piece of heaven, located on the canal in Avon colony. Ideal for single families, with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. One story living with water vistas looking north and west. Great location for water activities such as fishing, boating, kayaking(5 supplied) or SUP(2 supplied). The beach is a short walk from the home.

You have access to the entire home with covered space below for storing boards, bicycles, etc. There is a boat ramp on the property that fits boat trailers 8' wide and smaller. Outdoor shower with both hot and cold water is also located below the home. The charcoal grille is set up in the yard beside the home, guest must supply charcoal. You will find leftover charcoal and the dust pan in the north facing cabinet under the home(directly under the front door) There are 4 single kayaks and one double kayak for guests to use with lifejackets and 2 Sup's with paddles.
