This is a classic but refreshed Outer Banks "beach box" style construction, 3 bedroom 2 bath home located just 3 tons back from the ocean in a peaceful, residential neighborhood at the end of a peaceful street one block from the beach road. It features ocean vistas from the living and dining areas as well as from the broad deck space on multiple levels. The main living area is open concept with a completely outfitted kitchen and dining table with seating for 6, and two additional stools at the bar/island. Sliding glass doors off the living area open up to a enormous deck space with Adirondack seats for 6. The deck has another "crow's nest " level with 180-degree ocean vistas and additional seating. The deck also has a gate at the top of the entrance from the ground level so you don't have to worry about your furry friends wandering while you savor the space.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, an en suite full bathroom, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, and the third bedroom features a single bed and a set of (single) bunk beds. All bedrooms have intelligent TVs with streaming. (We do not have cable T.V..) The second full bathroom is located in the hallway and features a tub/shower combo.

The ground level features a detached laundry with a full-size washer and dryer, drink refrigerator, decking with a double hammock, gas grille, and a private outdoor shower.
