Located on a peaceful street with limited public parking, you’ll have the beach all to yourselves! The fantastic wraparound porch offers superb ocean vistas and magnificant sound sunsets! A great place for gazing at the ocean while relaxing in the comfortable outdoor furnishings. Have lunch on the side porch and watch boating activity on the sound. Your private pathway weaves it way through the dunes to the pristine beach!

The main level features a comfortably furnished living room that opens to the porch as does the generously appointed master bedroom with bath. There is a separate, well-equipped kitchen, cavernous dining room, and 3 guest rooms and 2 bathrooms also on this level.

Downstairs via a separate entry you’ll find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Savor the pretty outdoor, shady sitting area with hammock. A ideal spot for reading a good book or catching a nap! Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of 3 nighttime stay other seasons.
Linens Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Full, 2 Twin, 1 Bunk (Twin/ Full), 1 Trundle Bed (Twin).
Parking: Off-street parking for up to 5 cars.
Prohibited: Family Animals, Smoking, RV’s, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.
Special Conveniences: Two Enclosed Outside Showers and Dressing Rooms, Single Family Home, Ocean Front, Sound View, Grille, Off Street Parking.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
