PET RULES
- Dogs Only
- 1 Dog Accepted (If you would like to bring additional dogs please inquired first and we will consider your request with appropriate costs)
- Pet Fee Required
- Animals must be cleaned up after both inside and outside
- Additional costs may occur if family pets are not cleaned up after or if any damages occur

HOME RULES
- Rental Agreement need to be signed
- Refundable Security deposit required
- No smoking OF ANY KIND inside of the home
- No glass in the pool area

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
- Please throw away anything in fridges and freezers
- Please take out trash from each trash can (kitchens and bathrooms) to the trash can right outside
- Please make sure dishes are clean and to start the dishwasher so cleaners have enough time to turnover the property for next guests
