This is a non-smoking and pet-friendly (1 tenant dog allowed, up to 25 pounds) condo with 2 Bed & Bathrooms, ideal for families and couples! Come appreciate a morning sunrise or relax and relax on your relaxing canal-front covered & furnished deck. The Master offers a King bed with private en-suite bath, and its own porch access! 2nd bedroom holds a Queen bed with hall bathroom just around the corner. Roomy living, dining and full kitchen with plenty of natural light. Flat-screen TV in Living room, WiFi are available to use during your stay, and if you want to bring your boat, there is an option to rent a 25' boat slip just down the canal from the condo. Access to pool, tennis, basketball & volleyball courts, playground, and clubhouse included. Just a fast walk to our on-site marina, ships store, Blue Water Grille, Mimi's Tiki Hut, and miles of lighted docks for walking, running, fishing and crabbing!

The condo is a Vacation-My-Way property, meaning there is a 3-nighttime minimum year-round, excluding the 2nd full week of August which requires a 7-nighttime stay. Parking at the building for up to 2 cars, neither spot is covered. Boat/jet-ski trailer would have to be stored off-site for a fee. This building does not have an elevator, it is located on the 1st floor.
