Your home away from home is located on one of multiple lakes throughout this relaxing beach community, which offers walking trails and on-site dining and coffee stores. Ideal location for a family or friends beach vacation, business trip, conferences or a special Myrtle Beach venue event - and so much better than staying in just a hotel room.

Please Note: Private vacation rental guests do not have access to the Embassy Suites pools and splash park, resort shuttle transportation and exercise center.

We generally accept 7 nighttime reservations (Saturday to Saturday) in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Contact us for alternate dates, shorter stays and longer "snowbird" prices. HOA policy states that the guest making a reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT allowed inside the villa or on the balcony. Animals are not allowed at any time.

Per Kingston Plantation Resort HOA Policy:
Resort management restricts golf cart units to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy and is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is only allowed in the designated motorcycle parking area, located just prior to the front gate and across from the exercise center. Trailer parking is NOT allowed at any time.
