Watch your favorite movie in the living area with Dolby Surround Home Theater w/ DVD & CD Player on a comfortable couch that pulls out into a sleeper bed for additional space. The kitchen island offers bar seating and there is also a dining room table that doubles as a great place to savor your favorite family board game. A full-sized bathroom with shower and a laundry room complete the ground-level. Off the living room, you'll find a handsome brick patio which offers a peaceful hideaway spot for calming in the fresh air while appreciating your favorite drink.
