Breezy Banks is an impeccably maintained home, that provides plenty of room for calming with family and friends. Savor the sunset from the west-facing decks and screened porch. Conveniently located and walking distance within a few mins. from the soundside pier, community amenities which include a huge pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Walk or drive to the private community beach access on the oceanside with complimentary parking or take a short bicycle ride to the center of the Town of Duck which has plenty of stores and eateries to choose from. [Note: no dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
Located on the top level is a Great Room with cathedral ceiling in the living area with a flat-screen TV that has streaming choices. Next, the dining area (seats 8), kitchen island (seats 4) and a well-outfitted kitchen with appliances including a single-serve (pod) coffee maker. A half bath is located close by and a King Master Suite with private deck access, soaking tub and separate shower. Guests have access to the sun deck with screened porch that has an outdoor table to savor dining outside. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
This level has 4 bedrooms which flank the den in the center of the floor. The King bedroom has shared bathroom that is between another bedroom has 2 Bunk Bed Sets. Across the floor, there is both a King Master Suite which has a shower/tub combo is its master bath and a Queen Master Suite that has a shower in its master bath. All the TVs have streaming options for entertainment enjoyment.

GROUND LEVEL:
A sizable, comfortable Parlor area has a wet bar with wine cooler plus an ice maker appliance to keep your beverages cool; there's a second refrigerator available also for storing additional beverages and groceries. The Shuffleboard table is a new addition to this room. There is a full hall bath (shower) available. The laundry area is located on this level. An outdoor shower is available before using the private pool (11' x 30'; open mid-May to mid-October) and the hot tub that is located near the pool deck. There is parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway.
