The Space:

Welcome to Waverunner, a 3 bed/ 3.5 bath modern condo designed with comfort, convenience, and coastal relaxation in mind. With an open inviting living space, comfortable bedrooms, and a rooftop deck with expansive vistas, there’s plenty of room to settle in and appreciate your vacations. The entirely outfitted kitchen makes preparing meals painless, with barstool seating at the kitchen island for casual breakfasts or conversations while cooking. The cozy living room is ideal for movie nights or calming with a good book. Step outside to the deck for outdoor dining and fresh ocean air, and take the elevator to any level of the condo.



The condo features a roomy king bedroom with a private full ensuite bath. The den will include a queen futon soon, offering additional sleeping space. You’ll also find two comfortable queen bedrooms. One has a private full ensuite bath, while the second queen bedroom has access to the full hall bath. A laundry area with a washer and dryer is also located on this level.



Outside, the rooftop deck is the ideal place to take in expansive vistas of the ocean. Savor breakfast while watching the sunrise, sip a drink as the sun sets, or simply soak up the sunshine. With the beach just steps away across the street and ocean vistas from the home, Waverunner is a fabulous home base for your KDH hideaway.

The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are supplied at no additional charge.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unapproved family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.
