The Escape is on the top floor with additional privacy and has 2 peaceful bedrooms and 2 tiled bathrooms.

The biggest bedroom has a King sized bed with a connected full bathroom. 100% cotton premium linens. 55in Intelligent TV. Bedroom closet: Available for use: exercise equipment (a yoga mat, dumbbells (sets of 6,10 and 15lbs), sliders and resistance loops); Pack n Play with bassinet and changing table; Pack n Play sheets; SpaceSaver High Chair.

The hall bedroom has a bunk bed that includes a Twin XL over a Queen sized bed with a Twin XL trundle below. All new beds. 100% cotton premium linens. Bathroom is located across the hall from the bedroom. 50in Intelligent TV.

Each bedroom has a sound machine and USB charging stations. Ceiling fan in King bedroom. Table fan in bunk room.

The full size washer and dryer are located in the hall between the bedrooms.

The rest of the space includes an open, newly modernized living, dining and kitchen area. Living area includes a queen sized pull out couch bed with an upgraded foam bed. Dining area seats 8 people comfortably with 2 benches and 3 chairs.

The condo is family friendly with baskets of toys, books and games.

The outdoor balcony faces the East for pretty sunrises and is complete with a bistro set with 2 chairs for morning coffee, outdoor dining or to appreciate some sunshine. *It does overlook the parking lot as you can see in the photo

The Escape is a fast walk or bicycle ride to the Timbuck II, Lighthouse Bagels, Dunkin Donuts, Dairy Queen, Bernie's Brother Tropical Grille and Bar, Food Lion and more. Dolphin Street Beach Access is a quick half mile away.

Savor a boutique experience with all new furnishings. The Escape bedrooms and bathrooms are complete with towels, bed linens and a supply of paper products to start your vacation. Each bathroom includes 2 rolls of toilet paper, Meyers hand soap and bath wash, sulfate-complimentary shampoo and conditioner and hair dryers. Turkish beach towels are supplied to ease the vacation packing.

The kitchen is prepped for all of your cooking needs plus 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, 1 sponge, dish soap, 1 dishwasher tablet, cleaning supplies, cooking silverware and an assortment of coffee, tea and spices.

The laundry area has 1 detergent pod, stain remover, bleach pen, laundry tote basket and dryer sheets.

Balcony closet provides all the beach necessities: 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach wagon and light beach tote bags, beach toys, 2 body boards and 2 skim boards. Bikes are available for rent within walking distance, across the street.
