Our elegantly remodeled villa with tropical decor has huge windows, vaulted ceilings and a balcony that overlooks an broad tree-shaded lawn. It features a private staircase - no standing in hallways or using an elevator with other people to access our unit. Two guest suites - bedrooms with attached baths, are located at opposite ends of our villa accepting for max. privacy. We are located in Kingston Plantation, a premier South Carolina ocean front resort. There is a boardwalk that spans the length of the resort next to one half mile of beautiful ocean beach. You will be able to use 3 elegant, private neighborhood pools that cannot be used by the resort hotel guests. There is the pool on the boardwalk, the Richmond Park pool, and the St. James pool. It is a short 7 min. walk to the ocean, past fresh-water lakes on striking paths through garden landscaping.
There is no need to bring beach items! Inside our hall closet is a cooler (ice packs in the freezer) and handsome resort quality beach towels. Outside on the stair landing is a Beach Closet with 4 chairs, Boogie Boards and a bag of beach toys.
Deep sea fishing can be done off Apache Pier, the longest wooden pier on the east coast, which is next to the resort.
