House Rules / Things to Know
    •    Garage Access: Guests do not have access to the garage.
    •    Unit Location: The condo is the furthest bottom unit from the road, marked by a flower bed.
    •    Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
    •    min. Guests: Up to 5 guests total. Please no additional overnight visitors.
    •    Parties / Events: Not allowed. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to respect the community.
    •    Smoking / Vaping: Not allowed inside the condo or on porches.
    •    Parking: Dedicated parking is available in front of the unit. Garage parking is not available.
    •    Pool & Courts: Please follow posted community rules when using the pool, tennis, and pickleball courts.
    •    Beach & Sound Access: The beach is less than a 10-min. walk; sound access is available through the community gazebo.
