The Space:
The Cove is a completely restored one-bedroom unit in a historic Charleston home. Located well off the street, at the back of this restored historic home, guests can savor added privacy while appreciating the appeal of the setting. Guests can getaway to their very own outdoor space or the handsome shared community pool.

The Cove can accommodate up to 4 guests between 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen and comfortable living room.

Guest Access:
Each unit is equipped with coded locks that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.

Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a suitcases storage space with a coded lock near the pool for all Spring Islands guests to use as needed. We welcome guests to use the pool while they await their check-in.

Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes family pets. There is a $75 non returnable pet fee. 2 pets max.. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).

Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
