Conveniently located just 5 mins. from the beach, you'll also be close to golf courses, eateries, shopping, entertainment, and all of Myrtle Beach's top attractions. Whether you're visiting for work or leisure, this condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay.



The Space:

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Very comfortable condo. Bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 pullout couch in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.

Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics (condiments are not included) . Dining area open to living room.

Sheets and linens included.

*Free WiFi and cable TV.

*Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any family pets with you.

*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are supplied for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*Parking is complimentary.

* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.

*4 Pool wristbands and pool fob are counted after each stay. (pool closes on September 1st)

*Please review my home rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper included, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Please communicate through the website or app only. Downloading the Airbnb app is recommended for more convenient communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of any urgency.
