The chef in your group will appreciate the gourmet kitchen's huge island and high-end appliances including a Bosch refrigerator, Viking range and microwave drawer, and even a wine refrigerator! The primary suite is also located on the top level and includes a spa-like private bath. Luxurious upgrades include a bespoke walk-in shower with three shower heads and a separate soaker tub. Three additional bedrooms are located on the mid-level, including a second ensuite with deck access, along with a roomy den that can serve as a second living area.

Downstairs. you'll find a bourbon-themed rec space with bar, full size refrigerator and a bespoke whisky barrel wall that will get happy hour started anytime of the day. It's conveniently located right off the pool area, along with a half bath. After a day at the beach, the outdoor fun can continue in the backyard. Take a dip in the saltwater pool or a calming soak in the hot tub. Use the tiki bar and constructed-in grille for poolside drinks and cookouts. The barefoot-friendly grass and entirely enclosed fencing is ideal for kids. In the evenings, gather around the firepit while planning the next day's adventures.

You can even leave the car at home and take a walk along the beach road to Art's Place for drinks on the rooftop bar with ocean view.
