The Space:

Whisper combines an unbeatable Duck location with a comfortable, thoughtfully refreshed interior and ocean and sound vistas from top floor deck and master. Watch the sun rise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. What makes this home special is the painless flow across levels, made even easier by a private elevator, plus the indoor and outdoor spaces designed for a group of 10 to relax together.



On the top level, start your morning with a cup of coffee appreciated with sweeping expansive vistas from the crows nest from Corolla to Kitty Hawk. This is also a great spot to watch the sunset in the evening or even catch a total sunset from the primary bedroom. If you prefer more shade, the screened porch is a great spot to relax or appreciate a meal prepared by the chef of your group in the completely supplied kitchen. Vaulted ceilings and tons of windows ensure a grandiose, bright living area, and there's seating for 10 at the dining table. A half bathroom, as well as a king primary bedroom with an ensuite full bath and deck access round out this level.



The rest of your group will head downstairs to turn in for the nighttime. Convenience abounds as every bedroom has an attached bathroom. There's a king room with a private full ensuite, and another king that shares a jack and jill bathroom with the double queen room (sleeps 4). If you have a maestro among your family, there is a music room on this level with a tuned, functioning piano and some seating. All bedrooms have access to decks.

Family Animals are welcome! Bring 1 dog for complimentary. If bringing a second dog, please message us about the applicable fee.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy. Up to 2 pets allowed, FIRM.
