This condo has been attractively refreshed throughout. As you enter, the Kitchen is on your left. The Kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and comes entirely-equipped to meet your culinary needs. Beyond the open Kitchen is the Dining Area with seating for six. The Kitchen bar has additional seating for two. In the Living Room there is a mounted Flat Screen TV along with a sizable slider which opens up to your private balcony and vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. The Primary Bedroom features a King bed, mounted Flat Screen TV and private en-suite Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bathroom has a granite double vanity and gorgeously updated tile walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom has two twins and a Flat Screen TV. The Guest Bathroom is updated as well with its granite vanity and tiled tub and shower combination. Outdoors there is space for dining while you look out over the Barrington Community grounds and Atlantic Ocean!
