Cottage 73 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms stand-alone bungalow on stilts located on fashionable Shore Drive. This peaceful, safe, family-friendly bungalow has painless beach access and is just a 2-min. walk to the beach! During your stay, you will savor the convenience of being only a few mins. to a number of world-class golf courses, Myrtle Beach International Airport, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Barefoot Landing, the Apache Pier, an entertainment complex, Tanger Outlets, Grocery Stores, Ocean Annies, and countless eateries.

This bungalow can be found in the highly sought-after Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach. It will sleep up to 6 people with a queen bed in the master, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a fold-out couch in the living room. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom, and its own TV in addition to the TV in the living room. There is a washer/dryer off of the living room as well as a completely equipped kitchen outfitted with everything you would need to dine in. Cottage 73 has private parking underneath, it's own private outdoor bar, and an outdoor shower for cleaning off after spending a day at the beach.

We have incredible year-round neighbors, including our HOA members, so we ask that you be respectful of them while visiting our bungalow.

There is a strict no-motorcycle policy for the neighborhood.

It is required that you will need to abide by the Horry County Noise Ordinance from the hours of 11 pm-7 am. During these times we ask that you please keep noise to a minimum. If you receive 3 documented noise complaints you will be asked to leave, without a refund.

Please keep in mind that this is also a non-smoking bungalow. NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed inside or on the grounds of the property.
