The Space:

Located in the appealing town of Duck NC, this roomy beach home provides over 2,400 sf of living and entertaining space. Boasting direct beach access, it welcomes family, friends and of course your furry companions. Providing the amenities of home, this place will take you to a place of relaxation, just a few steps away from the ocean's waves and sandy shore beneath your feet.



As you step inside the property, sunlight streams through enormous windows, illuminating the open-concept livings areas adorned with tasteful coastal decor. On the upper level is the heart of the home, a spacious living room, featuring 20 foot wood beam ceilings, plenty of seating with ocean vistas and a sizable TV for watching the special game or movies. Adjacent to the living area is a seamless transition to a entirely equipped kitchen providing you with all the essentials you need to prepare meals and snacks. The breakfast bar offers a convenient spot for fast bites or casual dining. The dining area comfortably seats six guests, creating a welcoming space for appreciating meals together. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**
