The Space:

Boasting direct beach access, it welcomes family, friends and of course your furry companions. Providing the amenities of home, this place will take you to a place of relaxation, just a few steps away from the ocean's waves and sandy shore beneath your feet.

As you step inside the property, sunlight streams through huge windows, illuminating the open-concept livings areas adorned with tasteful coastal decor. On the upper level is the heart of the home, a spacious living room, featuring 20 foot wood beam ceilings, plenty of seating with ocean vistas and a enormous TV for watching the special game or movies. Adjacent to the living area is a seamless transition to a completely equipped kitchen providing you with all the essentials you need to prepare meals and snacks. The breakfast bar offers a convenient spot for fast bites or casual dining. The dining area comfortably seats six guests, creating a welcoming space for appreciating meals together. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
