Welcome to The Sand Wedge, a gorgeous four bedroom, three bath home in Kitty Hawk located in a calm neighborhood ideal for morning walks, cycling around or if you are looking to head to the beach you will be just a two min. drive away.

From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by a cavernous exterior with parking for four cars, a welcoming covered entry, a gas grille for outdoor cooking, an enclosed outside shower, and a private swimming pool ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Inside the ground level offers a calming lounge area with comfortable seating! On the mid-level, you'll find three elegantly appointed bedrooms: two kings, and a third with two twin beds. This level also features a full bathroom and a wrap-around covered porch ideal for appreciating the coastal breeze.

The top level is the heart of the home, featuring a roomy living area with a sizable TV, a completely equipped kitchen, and a dining area with superb vistas of the close by golf course. A fourth bedroom with a king bed and a full bath close by completes this floor, along with access to both a covered deck and a sun deck for soaking in the Outer Banks sunshine!
