Aloha on the Atlantic is a appealing oceanside bungalow in Southern Shores, located on a half-acre lot surrounded by mature live oak trees. This classic beach home features a central main living space and a split bedroom layout, with the master suite located on one side of the great room and the two secondary bedrooms on the other for plenty of privacy. The open-concept floorplan accepts for simple flow and sightlines from the living and dining area to the kitchen, ideal for socializing and spending quality time with family and friends. Cathedral ceilings and skylights create an open and airy ambiance with generous natural light. The cavernous backyard includes a hot tub, where you can take a calming soak before heading off to bed.

Getting to the beach will be a breeze, with just a three min. walk to the close by Mockingbird Lane beach access. Take a walk along the neighborhood foot path and over the cozy bridge that crosses the pond to the Southern Shores community park. Everything else you'll need is just three miles south, where you'll find grocery and convenience stores, specialty stores and stores. Popular dining options include Rundown Cafe and Steamers Restaurant.
