The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this magnificent resort include a lazy river, shining pools, a fun splash pad with various water features tons of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for calming. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

Every member of the family can find something to savor here! If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, it's a very convenient 1.1-mile drive from the Bermuda Bay communities to the gorgeous Kill Devil Hills beaches.

The open concept living room just invites interaction between family and friends. Curl up on the comfortable Queen sleeper couch, pop a bag of popcorn, and appreciate a movie with the group as you take advantage of the flat screen HDTV. For some additional relaxation time, hang out in the additional living space on the first level. Here you will find a couch, flat screen TV, and a foosball table. Look out over the handsome green space from the balcony of your 3-bedroom townhome. It's the ideal spot to savor the breeze in your hair with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and do some people watching! Trailers, U-Hauls, and campers are not allowed in the Bermuda Bay community.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 2 to May 18. Beginning May 23, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
