Stunning sound-front corner-unit in the private Pirate's Cove Resort. This condo is non-smoking and accepts for guests to bring one dog! We ask that all dogs brought, a max. of two, to please be mature and not puppies. There are 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms in the property (accommodating 9) and check-in/out must be on Saturdays. The condo is on the 2nd floor on the building and located on a corner for the ideal view of the sound. There is an elevator for ease of access to the property. When renting, guest will have access to all of the community amenities including our community pool, exercise center, designated dock space (30' at Ballast Point Canal #113), tennis courts, outdoor pavilion, and much more. The building does have covered parking for one car or boat/jet sk trailer. If the trailer does not fit in the covered spot, it must be stored off-site for a fee. Master suite is sound-front with King bed and jetted tub with door leading to covered deck with furnishings. The 2nd bedroom has another King bed and 3rd bedrooms holds a Queen bed. The final bedroom has 2 Twin beds. The condo has 5 TVs, DVD player, stereo with CD player, Pac-n-Play, WiFi, books, puzzles, board games, ceiling fans, gas fireplace, and a furnished deck. Unlimited view of Roanoke Sound for gorgeous sunrises and shaded afternoons. Parking for 2 cars max..
