Welcome to the ‘Comfort Zone’—a beachfront, pet friendly 3 bedroom 2 bath main home with a guest home with a modest full bath, loft, pull out couch and kitchenette in the heart of the Outer Banks. Located in a National Park, the home has broad wrap around decks. Ocean vistas from nearly every room- 2 bedrooms ( one bedroom with own Juliet oceanfront balcony), bathroom, kitchen, dining and living rooms. Comfort Zone is created as a home and not a rental property. In fact it was our vacation home where we have entertained many guests. With the complete remodel of the home finished, this is our first year renting. Pet friendly. Hatteras Island is filled with opportunities for outdoor activities, water sports, day trips and local artists.
Gathering around the fire pit in the back yard and make memories.Plenty of space to park up to 4 cars or a boat.

About the Area

Located in Rodanthe, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Ocean Air Sports and Hatteras Island Boardsports are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and horse riding nearby.
