Top-floor Master with King bed, Jacuzzi tub and huge double-head shower. Mid-floor has a Master with King bed, the 3rd bedroom with Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom which also has a Queen bed. The Lower-floor has a 5th bedroom with King bed and additional room with 2 constructed-in bunk beds off of the recreation room with billiard table. There is a Queen Sleeper Couch in den that may be used for additional guests too. The home has 3 Intelligent TVs (Living Room, Billiard Room, and Top-Floor Master), no cable supplied (guests must use their own streaming services), high-speed WiFi, gas grille, enclosed outdoor shower, sundeck, and 2 car garage. Parking for 5-6 cars max. at the home. If a boat is brought, it must be kept in the water or stored off-site. Trailers may be stored in the covered garages, but if they do not fit they must be stored off-site.
