This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is an handsome Charleston-style residence with vistas of wildlife and Ocean Creek Golf Course, designed by Davis Adore III. The property is right down the road from Fripp's Marina, the Bonito Boat House Restaurant, the marina store, the Cabana Club, beach access, and more. Located centrally, 694 Bonito is a short golf cart ride from all Fripp Island has to offer! This property will comfortably accommodate up to 11,



The open-concept floor plan features gleaming wood floors and a cavernous kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel full-size appliances, and bespoke cabinets. The bar area has a drink cooler for added refrigerator space. The sizable screened-in decks on both levels are ideal for appreciating Fripp's sub-tropical climate.



There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. This bedroom has an en-suite bath with a shower and double sinks, as well as access to a private screened-in deck. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs have access to a shared balcony. The guest bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, and the bunk room has a twin-over-full bunk bed. These 2 bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub shower combo. On the 1st floor, the 2nd guest bedroom has a king bed and access to a hall bathroom with a tub shower combo.



Features of the home include TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, for a total of 5 TVs. This property is currently streaming only, accepting you to access your favorite streaming applications. High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the home. A charcoal grille and an electric fireplace are available for your use. Garage access is supplied with space to park 2-3 cars/golf carts, with 1 more space in the driveway. Last but not least, in the backyard, there is a sitting area with a fire pit.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
