Just 3 tons from the ocean leaves only a short walk to the beach. Ground level features a carport, fish cleaning station, outdoor shower, charcoal grille, and 7-person hot tub. The first level master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. Additional first level bedrooms have one with a queen bed and one with a single and pyramid bunk. These two bedrooms share a bath. The upper level has a sunny, cavernous living room with tons of seating, a dining area seating up to 10 people, kitchen and second master bedroom with a queen bed and bath. Just off the dining area is a screened porch with table and chairs for dining. Decks on both levels provide access to appreciate those marvelous vistas. New for 2024: This year brings a new bedroom layout. The first-level master bedroom, currently a queen, will now feature a king bed. The bedroom with two singles will be converted to a queen bedroom.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
