The ground level is all about fun and relaxation, with a game room complete with a wet bar, mini-refrigerator, and ice maker, plus a TV and plenty of games. On this level there is also a room with two twin beds connected to a semi-private bath. Step outside to your private getaway featuring a 10-by-24-foot pool, hot tub, and a entirely fenced outdoor area with dining and lounge seating for everybody to savor.

Back inside on the middle level, you’ll find a extravagant king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tiled shower and soaking tub, plus direct access to a deck overlooking the sound. On this level you will also find a queen bedroom and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and trundle.

The top level features an airy great room with soaring ceilings, handsome floor, and a comfortable electric fireplace, creating the ideal space to gather.
