The space
Our coastal farmhouse comfortable OBX getaway is completely refreshed with tons of character,
important details, modern amenities and luxury
touches.
Open floor plan with cathedral beamed ceilings opens to marvelous vistas of Croatan sound, floor to ceiling window and wall to wall sliding glass doors. Make gourmet meals in chef's kitchen with commercial range and hood, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and a constructed in drink refrigerator. Gather around an upsized island, or make memories around dinner table to entire family and guests. A
private wing room with sound view
has a queen bed and a door to the deck, and a hall bath with shower right across. Down the hall on the other side is another bathroom, this one has a tub with whirlpool jets and shower. Bedroom with queen bed, another bedroom with 2 twins. A cavernous master bedroom suite with sitting area, and a private desk overlooking the sound through 6 ft french doors, and a spa-like bathroom with cathedral ceilings, 2 vanities
, a car wash shower and a soaking tub overlooking the sound!
Outside is a deck with huge gas grille, and an outdoor table. The deck extends over a treed shady yard with a fire pit and connects to a pier. Our entire property is completely fenced for safety. There is a gate to the private sandy beach to play or relax on. If your dogs like to swim, they will adore it too! We appreciate dogs and welcome your furry family members , no need to leave them behind.

All dog stays are subject for approval. Please review home rules for dog stays.
If you wish to bring tour pet, please message us before booking. The fee for the second dog’s stay will be billed to you separately and it has to be paid the day before check in at the latest.

If you bring more than 2 dogs without letting us know, there will be a fine.
Dogs must not be:
-Out of control
-Unhousebroken
-Left alone at the listing without prior approval and if left- only in the crates ( we provide 2)
-Accepted into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest
-Accepted in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest’s control .
-Indoor Dog “accidents” are to be cleaned before your departure or we ll be charging you for any pet stain cleaning!

We leave in the neighborhood and asking you to follow these guidelines.
Guest access
We appreciate the fact how calming and peaceful our home is, yet under 5 mins. to historic Manteo downtown waterfront with stores and dining, or 8 mins. to the Outerbanks ocean beaches. Totally fenced half acre yard offers ample parking for you, your boat, RV and your guests and plenty of room for your dog to run around safely.
Other things to note
This is a WATERFRONT PROPERTY. We have our own private beach as well as a the pier. It is fenced off for safety.
Swim at your own risk. No diving from the pier! The water is very shallow. We recommend that everybody knows how to swim and you never leave any kids unattended, even if they are inside the gated yard.
